The Netherlands’ largest building, The Rotterdam, was opened in 2013. This 44 storey building comprising a total floor area of 160,000m².

The building includes 72,000 m² of office space, a hotel and 220 apartments. A cinema, fitness facilities, shops and garage parking ensure comfort and convenience.
