Benthem & Crouwel Architects designed the hotel, including striking glass elements on the outer wall and structural interior wall. Glass was also extensively used in the entrance lobby and restaurant areas. From a distance, the result is a spectacular sight consisting of overlapping patterns of blue spheres.

For the Fletcher Hotel, Van Vuuren supplied prime quality and certified doors with acoustic, smoke and fire-resistant properties.
